ACCOUNTS AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
I had an account on file, but my email and password is not being recognized. What is wrong? Please feel free to create a new account by clicking on the My Account link in Our Store and your information will be saved. I am trying to purchase products in your store, but it says my email address has already been used. Why is that? If you have purchased items in the past as a Guest, the store will automatically create an account to make it easier for you to make purchases in the future. The receipt email from your last purchase will contain your password. If you cannot find it, go to the My Account page and click on the Forgot your password? link to have it sent to you via email. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. How do I update my mailing address, add a new or second mailing address, update my contact information, email address or password? Login to My Account. To update your mailing address, click on View Address. You can edit your address, delete your address or add another mailing address. Once you are finished, click the Save Address button. To update your email address or password, click on Your Account Details link. Edit your email address or enter your password twice and click on Update My Details to save.DIGITAL FILES (MUSIC & BOOKS)
- I made a purchase through your store, but my digital files are not available to be downloaded or it is saying there is an error. Why is this? There could be two reasons for this. First, if your payment has not completed yet, then your files will not be available until it does. You can check the status of your order in the My Account section. Second, if you ordered physical and digital products, your files will not be available until your order is marked as Completed. This will not happen until your physical products have been sent to you. Please check the My Account section to see the status of your order.
- I purchased an instant download item (mp3, e-book, etc.) but I do not know how to download it. Where can I find the links? After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link for the product. The Era of Peace Store will also send you an email containing your download link. When given the option to Open or Save, please click on save. You may also go to the website, log in, click the My Account link, then view your downloadable products and view the link.
- I am having trouble with a download link. What do I do? Please Save the file to a location you can find easily in the future, like your desktop. Some files are very large and will require a long time to download, please be patient. Only download one file at a time. If you have an error after you download the file, please delete it, try again, but this time try Opening the file instead of saving it. This might take a little while longer. You can download your purchase at any time by signing into My Account. You can update your password by using the Forgot your password? link.
- How do I open an E-book on my computer? You must have an e-reader installed. Adobe Digital Editions will open most files. The software is free. To download the software, visit the Adobe website and click on the download link, then install the program. If purchasing a digital book, please make sure you have the proper program to open it first.

- I downloaded the music file (mp3), but it will not open. How do I open it? To save time in the download process, the files are compressed into a zip folder. Windows Users: To uncompress the file, right click on it and choose Extract All. Be sure to save it in a place easy for you to find. Once this has completed, a new uncompressed folder will appear which you can open to listen to the mp3. Mac Users: Open Finder and navigate to the Zip file you wish to unzip. Double-click the file you wish to unzip. The Zip file will be automatically unzipped into the same folder as the original zip file. You can then listen to the mp3 on you favorite music player by double clicking on it, or by using the players import function.
