Hotel Accommodations and Registration Fees

This wonderful resort is giving us a great package rate that includes a beautiful room with two queen beds or one king bed and two delightful meals a day. One meal will be a substantial breakfast, and the other meal will be either lunch or dinner, depending on our planned activities.

The package price includes:

• Lodging for Five Nights, including resort fee
• Two Delightful Meals a Day
• All Taxes & Gratuity for Your Group Meals
• Registration Fee for the World Congress On Illumination

WCI Registration Fee includes:

• ALL of the activities at the World Congress:
• Speakers' Presentations, Meditations, Music Concerts, Dance Presentations,
• Social Events, and all other Group Activities.

Early Bird Discounts

• A discount of $150.00 for those who register by April 10, 2023.
• A discount of $100.00 for those who register by May 10, 2023.
• A discount of $50.00 for those who register by June 10, 2023.
• After June 10, 2023, registration will be full price.

Registrations must be paid by July 10, 2023, to ensure your space. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Cancellation Policy

We do not want you to miss this glorious event, but if you have an unexpected emergency, there is a $200.00 nonrefundable processing fee. The rest of your payment will be refunded if cancelled by August 3, 2023.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, MEALS & WCI REG. FEE

• If paid by May 10, 2023 = $1,871
• If paid by June 10, 2023 = $1,921
• Full price to be paid after June 10, 2023 = $1,971

If you would prefer a double occupancy and don’t have a roommate, we will do our best to find one for you. The earlier you register the better chance you’ll have of finding a roommate.

The resort is offering our special room rates for three days before and three days after and we will make this reservation for you. That portion of your expenses will be paid by you to the resort upon your departure and is not included in the printed figures above.
